Studio THI developed a short self-assessment tool to identify personal urban change leadership strengths and areas for growth.
Over 300 planners, built environment practitioners, and Councillors across Australia have completed the Urban Transition Leadership self-assessment tool.
This 7-minute survey guides participants through multiple-choice questions to assess their skills across six key areas: self, systems, politics, place, strategy, and change. Respondents receive a summary of their strengths and growth opportunities, with the option to download their results as a PDF. Civic Shifts leverages the collective insights from the tool to identify training needs, tailor learning for specific cohorts, and integrate the assessment as a pre-program activity in many training programs.
